Undecided?

Fellow American Patriots (and liberals as well…)
The Democratic National Party has been steadily going into the gutter ever since the assassination of John F. Kennedy. I’ve been following politics with more than just a passing interest since Nixon/McGovern ’72. Following the Watergate scandal I watched as President Nixon stepped down, because it was the “right” thing to do. I observed the spineless lack of resolve regarding issues in the Middle East (such as the hostage crisis), in the name of world peace, and the ridiculous, illogical economic policies of Jimmy Carter that plunged this country into an economic recession that would later be reversed by a great republican president, Ronald Reagan. I watched with total dismay as William Jefferson Clinton and his cadre of minions (as well as the millions of blind followers) spun, denied, deceived, mislead, convoluted and justified a variety of illicit (nay, CRIMINAL) acts committed by the former commander-in-chief. I’ve watched the juvenile, back-woodsy, fire and brimstone type ranting sermons of Al Gore too many times to recall, and was, quite frankly embarrassed (by the way, did you know he invented the internet?) for him. He habitually makes inaccurate statements in such a way that distorts the truth to such a degree that he cannot be taken seriously in any way. In short, he lies a great deal more than he tells the truth; I remember an interview where he tried to deny that neither he nor Bill Clinton had ever told “an untruth”. I seriously doubt that anyone was convinced; Lisa, the interviewer appeared decidedly unconvinced.
The 2000 election debacle was just another instance of a floundering party attempting to swing an election by any means, no matter how unethical or blatantly corrupt the method. For example: The raging left-wing machinery tried to convince America that the black vote was being suppressed in several key states, when in truth, there was NO PROOF AT ALL that anything of the sort had happened. It is a commonly held belief that this and other under-handed tactics were planned to be invoked long before the election. The liberal left of this country lack so much substance that they rely on deceit and fear to sway the uninformed public. When it comes to voting, there is absolutely no way you can describe it as a complicated process; I personally have never seen a difficult ballot format. The government election boards provide whatever assistance necessary to make sure every vote gets cast. You can be blind, handicapped and illiterate and still cast your vote. YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE TO SPEAK ENGLISH! It would be pretty safe to say that if you are unable to cast your vote in this country, it would be best that you didn’t vote at all; it would appear that if a task this simple creates that much confusion, it is highly likely that you cannot begin to analyze even the most basic issues in a presidential campaign, leave alone the more complex ones… but that’s okay -you can vote anyway, just in the name of fairness!
This article was written the day after the third and final presidential debate. I watched all three of the presidential debates as well as the vice presidential debate, and I have taken notes to keep track of it all. I have my own point system that grades them both on my bias and what I imagine other people will perceive. It makes me proud when I see the manner in which the typical republican carries himself in a professional, dignified way with courtesy and restraint. The leftists are typically a source of shame for those of us from “the old school”.
John Kerry and John Edwards, (as all hard left liberals) are motivated by one thing and one thing only. POWER. Period. I kept track of this campaign pretty closely, followed the race on television and radio and have devoted more time to dissecting this campaign than anyone I know. I see a common theme running through the DNC strategy. Win at all costs!
The Kerry campaign has been as dishonest and deceitful as any I’ve ever seen. That’s making quite a statement considering the Clinton/Dole campaign, where America chose a liberal draft dodging political prostitute over a conservative war hero, or the Bush/Gore dance where the far left would say anything, do anything, and stop at nothing to push their man through to the highest office in the land. The Gore campaign was a carnival where every rube was taken for all they could be taken for, depending on how gullible they were, and how much they could afford to throw away on a battle that should have never been that close.
Gore was never a realistic choice for president. He has always displayed a grave lack of character traits necessary to become and uphold the office of commander-in-chief of the most successful nation in the world. Logically speaking, he would have been more suitably matched to be president of the Jim and Tammy Bakker organization that bilked their faithful followers out of obscene amounts of tax-exempt cash. It’s shamefully obvious that he has no conscience and a very selective memory. Al Gore could justify anything, no matter how utterly ridiculous or unlikely, and if anyone goes against his spin and deceit they are demonized. A true cult leader if ever I saw one. When you think about it, isn’t the liberal faction a classic cult organization? Let’s examine some of the similarities…
1. A cult leader is typically an inferior personality seeking power over others to overcome their own personal feelings of inadequacy
2. The followers of a cult typically don’t have the ambition to think, analyze and decide for themselves, therefore they follow blindly, turning their lives and responsibilities over to the commune
3. A cult leader instills fear and then exploits the fears and weaknesses to create benefits that are distributed to the leader and recruiters first, and the main body of followers last
4. The followers exchange independence and creative free thinking for a false sense of security
5. A cult leader discourages communication with those outside the organizations
6. Both exhibit typically gross hypocrisy
7. Cult leaders and followers alike insist that their way is the only way
Sound familiar? Remind you of anyone? Or any organization(s)?
Q: Who said this?
HE BETRAYED THIS COUNTRY!
HE PLAYED ON OUR FEARS!
A: Al Gore
Is his ranting statement true? Of course not. It doesn’t matter what the truth is with those who vote according to party line alone. As I traveled throughout the south I remember several folks whose sentiments were very similar; “I don’t care! My daddy was a democrat as was his daddy before him. I’m a Democrat, and we vote Democrat and that’s all there is to it!” Brrr… Shudder!
Foreign Affairs
Turning to military affairs, it’s important to examine a few facts:
Let’s look over the 2002 defense budgets across the board…
The Bush Plan

Our defense budget was $58,250,000,000 more than the next twelve highest-ranking nations COMBINED! Do you realize that what we have we left over after considering these twelve countries is 58 billion dollars more than Afghanistan? Go figure…
Six of our military jets would exhaust their entire military budget.
I don’t know about you, but that makes me feel a whole lot safer!
Myth: George Bush wants to draft my baby!
Truth: He doesn’t need your baby!
Now then: Do we need anybody's help?
Clue: The answer is not necessarily.
Has anyone figured out what the U.N does anyway? It appears to have roughly the same appearance as a union that accepts union dues, but doesn't provide any tangible benefits. How many of the flags that are perched above the U.N. are connected to leaders who aren't too bashful to let us know that they despise everything about our free nation and all the people living in relative comfort within its confines? Has 9-11 been forgotten? Towers falling? Pentagon attacked? Innocent people dying for no legitimate reason? I suppose that was all Dubya's fault... Clinton's preventative measures were? Promises and commitments he obviously never intended to keep. Those who fail to remember past mistakes are condemned to repeat them. It would be nice if all the America bashing liberals would flee to the more desirable country of his or her choice, and free us of their parasitic burden. It's hard to argue against the FACTS. Take emotion out of the equation and calmly and rationally look at the FACTS and you will come to a defined and reasoned solution.
More Facts
The more you look at the Massachusetts Kerry/Kennedy duo, the more you realize how much this twosome is bent on dismantling our military. For the last twenty years, these senators have been sacrificing our nation’s security, (not to mention the education, health care and social benefits budgets) to feed the huge beast they have been raising for decades. Remember, these people live a very affluent, opulent lifestyle, and have no first hand knowledge of the plight of the working middle class. When this kind of wealth is just another of life’s entitlements, it can definitely distort one’s economic views. Let’s look at what John Kerry and Teddy Kennedy think we’d be better off without…
The state of Massachusetts thinks we don’t need these frivolous toys…
Bradley Fighting Vehicle
Abrams M-1 Tank
Every Aircraft Carrier Designed From 1988 to present
Aegis Anti-Aircraft system
Block 60 F-16
P-3 Orion upgrade
B-1 Bomber
B-2 Bomber
Patriot Anti-Missile System (can you believe it?)
FA-18
F117
It gets worse!
They have voted down every military appropriation for the development and deployment of every weapons system since 1988 including battle armor for the vehicles deployed in action.
John Kerry personally voted to cut funding for the FBI by 60%, and then he voted to cut both the CIA and the NSA funding by 80%.
The most amazing thing is that he voted to increase American funding for the United Nations by 800%!
The ban on assault weapons
The assault weapons ban did little to make them unavailable to those interested in buying the actual ”assault” weapons; it had more to do with the options available such as sights, stocks and ammunition. It hasn’t actually changed the availability. I would be willing to assume the reason BOTH sides opted out of it was because it had no teeth, and was just an empty gesture to appease the anti-gun crowd. To listen to John Kerry and other spinmasters tell it, because of the incompetence of President Bush, thousands upon thousands of innocent people, especially the police are going to die at the hands of criminals and terrorists because this administration has opened up a huge discount mall where anyone, regardless of age, intent or legal status, (Special Discount! 50% off for all organized crime members –must show syndicate ID. * Special Militant Group Rates also available !) can go to purchase the military grade weapons of their choice. It’s just another far-fetched scare tactic aimed at those who refuse to believe that people kill people, and sometimes they use guns (as well as other weapons) to do it. The post war generation of the liberal left has always worked towards disarming America, from the military arena right down to John and Jane Q. Public. History shows that socialist/communist regimes have always made disarming civilians one of the first steps in achieving the necessary measure of control. It is easier to prevent a revolution against a corrupt circle of power if there are no efficient means of overtaking it through military force. The former United Soviet Socialist Republic is a classic example of how, once empowered, a nation ruled by the government (not the people) can maintain its grip on the people, right down to the last can of food. Just prior to the fall of that republic, the people were suffering an incomprehensible degree of poverty, while the government officials that controlled everything maintained a relatively comfortable lifestyle up until the very end. As the last of the structure began to crumble, a Russian physicist with multiple doctoral degrees working in the nuclear weapons field once stated:
“our country is so poor that a truck full of potatoes is more closely guarded than our nuclear missiles”. Just goes to show you that when you place all of your eggs in a government basket, the government owns the basket, the eggs, and the chicken. You can’t eat a nuclear warhead, but you can hunt meat with a rifle or a shotgun, and yes… even a handgun. It sometimes becomes necessary to hunt down and kill a government run amok.
If you listen to the talking heads of the radical leftist movement, they will claim that they are guardians of the U.S. Constitution, and then claim that it is a “ living, breathing document”. Translated, this means that if there are articles and amendments that go against their agenda, it should be revised; if it benefits the conservative right, then it must be revised.
Another very serious thought: The folks voting for the liberal candidates are not thinking very far into the future. An alarming number of the voting populace leaning to the left are not very well informed; many of them don’t know anything about the governmental bodies, how they work, or even who is presently in office. A frightening number can’t name the current Vice President, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense or Chief Security Advisor. When asked why they are voting for John Kerry and what’s-his-name, they typically give answers that are so illogical and emotionally based that they crumble right away when asked to back up their decision with some historical facts.
We are very well into the digital age. A Universal Paperless Currency is in the not too distant future, and we are moving closer on a daily basis. When the government controls your ability to eat, buy fuel, clothing, housing, education etc; you had better have a means of controlling your destiny, whether it is five years, six months or tonights dinner. I typically don’t absorb a lot of the conspiracy theories because so many of them are based on irrational fears, but the thought of big government is very sobering. The bigger it gets, the more of my energy will be traded to feed it.
As it stands right now, it is already an over-inflated, under–achieving entity that consumes vastly more resources than it can realistically be expected to return.
Q: Why would anybody with a rational thought process ever pour more resources into a system of this description, knowing that the return will be less than the investment?
A: Well, for one reason, as a notable rock-n-roll musician once observed, the lure of easy money has a very strong appeal. The deeper, more important aspect to consider is the fact that when certain people have acquired vast amounts of wealth, the focus very often turns to the acquisition of power. The socialist/communist mindset has always divided the masses in to two classes: The very rich and the very poor. One way of guaranteeing one’s continued affluence is through the acquisition of power. The more power, the greater the ability to achieve and maintain the longevity of the wealth acquired.
I believe that the true intent of the liberal elitist families such as the Kerrys, Clintons and Kennedys is to divide the country with as deep and wide a chasm as possible in order to secure a tighter grip on the positions of the upper echelon. These three camps have a few things in common:
1. Vast wealth and power. The ability to leverage their party into the broadest media coverage and luminous spotlights that support their cause while simultaneously deflecting a very significant amount of evidence of corrupt policies in fund raising and campaigning
2. The uncanny ability to mask or conceal a history of voting against legislation which is vital to America’s health and welfare
3. The apparent obsession with disarming the United State’s military and civilian populations
4. A reputation of deceit and flagrant misrepresentation of historical facts to promote their agenda by whatever means possible
5. A total absence of integrity, honor, and conscience
6. The ability to spin anything positive into something negative
7. An immense volume of contradictions and inconsistencies
Swift Boat Veterans
How out of touch with reality do you have to be in order to believe that 250+ Swift Boat veterans are lying and that only John Kerry is telling the truth? If Senator Kerry had been more inclined to doing his duty as a soldier and less involved with his political aspirations it would be likely that he would be considered a true hero, and those who served with him would consider him a comrade in arms. Instead, the majority of the brave men that served with him have been very vocal about presenting the real truth regarding his service. His version(s) are so fraught with lies, misrepresentations and inconsistencies that it would be nearly impossible to believe that the handful of recruits he has flanking him are recounting the events accurately. Besides the Swift Boat veterans, John Kerry is the only one who knows the truth, and he refuses to divulge it. This is evidenced by the fact that he made a public statement claiming to have released all his military records, when in fact he has refused to sign an SF-140 form making his complete military history available to the public. What is he hiding? Why has the mainstream media avoided this glaring “oversight” ?
As far as the Winter Soldier Investigations go, why was John Kerry claiming to have engaged in horrific and unconscionable acts of war in violation of the Geneva Convention yet apparently was never called in front of a military tribunal for the commission of those war crimes, nor did he report it to a Superior Officer? What is in his military record that he doesn’t want us to see?
1. He either committed the acts and didn’t want to stand trial for them, or
2. He saw something and is part of a cover-up scheme, or
3. It’s all a story concocted to increase the scope and intensity of his cause.
Who the hell knows?
John Kerry. –And he ain’t sayin’.
I can’t blame him for wanting to cover his ass, but to come home and rally against his country’s military efforts and join the ranks of the Jane Fonda type anarchists is an absolute disgrace to his uniform.
Kerry’s Krap
There is a commercial claiming that George W. Bush pledged to help seniors with Medicare and “then the very next day imposes a 17% premium increase –the biggest in history”. If you do a little research, you’ll find that the 17% increase was not imposed by President Bush, but was mandated by the “Balanced Budget Initiative” voted into law by Senator John Kerry, signed by former president Bill Clinton and scheduled to come into effect during the during the next administration. President Bush had no authority to reverse what had been signed into law during the Clinton administration.
Just another example of how John Kerry is counting on the ignorance of the American people to win an election.
The Debates
I found many reasons to curse at the TV while I was watching the debates. It was amazing to watch how many times Senator Kerry could slide out of a controversial issue, and turn it into a complaint about the president. I found that the choice of moderators had a perceptible dulling effect.
Some of the questions sounded like they were written by grade school kids, and for the most part were too sanded down to really result in any meaningful debate. Some key issues were addressed, but it was annoying to observe John Kerry talk about economics so forcefully, yet have nothing of substance to say. It was equally irritating to hear him say time and time again (I lost count) how he had a plan, had a plan, had a plan, when it’s plainly visible that he doesn’t even have a clue. He appears to be wading around, biding his time by sounding convincing, all the while having nothing tangible or believable to bring to the table, and avoiding any kind of descriptive commitment.
How typical it was for Senator Kerry to shift into hypocritical overdrive by stating that the president had sent troops into harm’s way without body armor, and how the soldier’s families had to buy some and ship it to them due to Mr. Bush’s incompetence, when in fact, HE voted down the funding for the armor as a means of protesting the decision to go to war…
A Master Debater
One of the pundits had mentioned in an interview that “what the candidates say won’t be nearly as important as how they say it”. It should be mentioned that the transcriptions of the debates set down for history won’t be describing how they stated things, but what the substance of their message was. Style can’t be viewed in a newspaper. When one reads the transcriptions with an eye towards content, many will be asking just what in the world Kerry’s statements and rebuttals actually meant. If I try, I can find some humor in this example of the senator’s ability to spin an issue out of the atmosphere…
Kerry: “President Bush voted to cut spending for the ‘No Child Left Behind’ program.
Bush: “My opponent says that I cut funding for the ‘No Child Left Behind’ program, which is simply not true. In fact, I increased funding for the ‘No Child Left Behind’ act by 50%…”
Kerry: Well, it doesn’t matter how much you spend on the program, what matters is how effective the program is…”
You can’t reason with someone who refuses to deal with the facts in a rational matter. John Kerry doesn’t care if he’s right or wrong, or whether he’s effective or not… he just wants to play President for a while.
That thought gives me goose bumps.
Kerrynomics
or
It’s about the economy, stupid!
Once during a photo op in Al Gore’s office there was a sign behind him boldly exclaiming “It’s about the economy, Stupid!” I found that rather amusing given his lackluster performance in any economic arena.
Consider this:
At the post debate Rally in Tempe, Arizona, Presidential Nominee John Kerry was catering to the young crowd of adoring college fans and he made a few shallow attempts at derisive humor and went on to say that when the president asks him how he intends to pay for all these programs he intends to provide, he proclaims it throughout the land, “I’m going to pay for it by not giving it to big business !”
Now that probably sounds great to bunch of juveniles living on mom and dad’s credit cards, but let’s take a closer look at this proposal. 2.6 trillion dollars is a lot of cash, even by Senator Kerry’s affluent standards.
Look at it this way:
$ 2,600,000,000,000.
That’s the numeral two, followed by a six, and eleven zeroes.
He’s going to have to screw a lot of businesses in order to raise that kind of scratch. There is absolutely no way you can convince me that a tag like that can be scraped up without raising taxes. PARTICULARLY if you plan on raping “big business”. Big business plays a MAJOR role in our economy. Small business plays a MAJOR role in our economy. Export business plays a MAJOR role in our economy. Just to make it interesting, let’s throw in that $2.00 an hour minimum wage increase…
Consider the premise that there are basically four types of minimum wage earners.
1. The young
2. The old
3. The illiterate and/or unskilled
4. Immigrants –illegal or otherwise
At first glance the myopic thinkers rejoice. Oh Goody !!! We’re going to be RICH! Think of all the ways that we’ll spend this FREE MONEY!!!
And then… Reality sets in. The goods and services this segment provides will go up in cost. A lot. A whole lot. The cost of doing business will go through the roof. Big business, small business, it doesn’t matter. In order to raise the bottom line enough to survive, they will have to raise their prices. A lot. A whole lot. Then, in order to turn a profit, there will have to be major cutbacks. Benefits. Bonuses. So long insurance plan. So long profit sharing. So long company car. So long business trips. No business trips, no new sales. No new sales, no need for salesperson. So long job. Ahhhh, so a few people lose their jobs. Tough Darts ! If you really want to work, you can find work, right?
Sure, you can probably beat up that wimpy computer geek that used to make $85,000 and slide into his job –delivering pizzas. And you won’t have to feel to guilty, after all, that was his second job… he’s still got another job as a telemarketer at night…
But the people who got the raise in minimum wage are out there spending all that dough, right? That’s bound to spruce up the economy, right?
Well, not if you consider that the prices went up all the way across the board. The things that used to be affordable now cost about the same to that person as they did before.
There is a cute little saying in economics that goes like this.
Prices skyrocket up,
But parachute down.
If you manage your money well you can survive that parachute stage right? Well, maybe. If you have a good paying job, and aren’t too deep in debt. *Remember: You can’t borrow your way out of debt, but you can manage your way out of debt. -Sometimes. But there was that one little, tiny thing you forgot about… Remember?
A two, followed by a six, followed by eleven zeroes
Oh yeah!
$2,600,000,000
A 2.6 trillion dollar liability!
Yikes!
So now we have a really sick economy and a $2.6 Trillion dollar debt to pay down. I don’t think WHOOPS! is going to smooth this one over. It was lookin’ pretty bad just with the minimum wage hike that didn’t create any tangible personal wealth, and losin’ that insurance plan at work scares you a bit. Maybe you’ll get lucky and marry a doctor. But wait! You were one of the shrewd people that took a risk and started your own manufacturing business, you say? Well good for you! So how did you decide to lower your bottom line? What’s that you say? You didn’t have any choice but you had to.. had to… Had to do the unpardonable sin! The big “O”!
Yessirree…
You had to…
Outsource!
So now you say you’re sending money to a communist third world country that hates America? You say it doesn’t matter anyway because nobody can afford your product anymore?
Now they’re getting rich and arming themselves with the arms that our defense budget used to buy for our country before it was cut to the bone? *Refer to defense spending chart above.
John Kerry doesn’t have a plan, and if he did, it wouldn’t work as well as the one we’ve got now. I know he said he was going to train all those Iraqi nationals real fast, and kick ‘em in the butt to jump start ‘em, but he hasn’t been square about ONE SINGLE THING HE’S SAID SO FAR.
He’s not even in office and he’s already got plans to spend pretty much every bit of spare change most of us will make for the next four to eight years.
Voting for Kerry is Scary.
So I guess it really is pretty simple after all.
Vote for George W. Bush and spend the next four years in an economic recovery period, with good jobs, tax relief, fairly decent education getting better, defense budgets healthy and sane, with the conflict in Iraq winding down, making fun of all the idiots that voted for John Forbes Kerry.
*Remember:
A crappy economy isn’t going to affect John Kerry or Ted Kennedy, not even a little bit. They’ll just get their feelings all hurt and blame it on the republicans!
